Martin Logan

Now, I don't know if this happens with other people's computers but it did give me a chuckle. No, I don't have any videos yet - see below...

Martin Logan

Who the heck is that? Why? Should we set him on fire? Film at 11.

TV SHOW REVIEW - PASSPORT TO EUROPE

Starring Samantha Brown now. One of the things that she does do that I like is to actually tell the pricing of some of the stuff. However, she does stay in places that are WAY out of my price range. She seems to consider anything under $400 per night 'cheap'. Note that this is a bit out of my price range. I don't know if this lady travels around on her own or how much per day she gets to go review the cities she goes to. Pretty crazy amounts of money get dropped. And she goes and tries on $150k Rolex watches, though she didn't buy it. If they let me into a shop like that, I'd be surprised. Probably as surprised as me wandering into a shop like that. I'd suspect sleep walking. Anyway, this lady seems to be loaded or gets the amount of money per day that I can only dream of. Being that I am going to be traveling on say thirty times less per day than she seems to I think you'll get more of a 'budget view' from my blog. [Note that all of the areas she goes to (according to the all knowing internet) DO have cheaper places to stay - she just isn't there.]

Bert mentioned that it is not impossible for me to run into someone on the road who has a camera and wants to film me. Who knows - maybe movie makers in Prague will have seen the success (?) of "An Idiot Abroad" and think "A Fat Cripply Bastard Abroad" is a good show. [Note - that title not found in IMDB - it is available!!] Weirder shit has happened...

A good example of a difference between Samantha Brown's show and mine; she was in Amsterdam and was saying that while she is here, she's got to try something that is local, surprisingly easy to get, etc. Then, showed us raw herring. I would have looked at the camera and said "Drugs and hookers." And meant it. While not everyone would agree with that sort of thing, I feel it is a 'refreshingly honest approach'. And better than deep throating a raw dead fish.

JANEANE GAROFALO

I would like to take a moment to thank Janeane Garofalo for stalking me. For some reason, that blog post is still the highest ranking of all of the individual ones. Thanks for that Janeane; please stop sending me hate mail with pictures of various weapons and notes like "I could use this!" on them.

THOUGHT OF THE DAY

If you wanted people to be nice to you all day today, you wouldn't be reading this fucking blog.

Heck, I don't know where Estonia is!
